three Medium sized Pomfrets
½ cup Semolina
¼ cup Gram flour
four tbsp. Crimson chilli powder
1 tsp. Turmeric powder
1 tsp. Ginger garlic chilli crush
1 tbsp. coriander powder
1 tsp. Salt
1 Lemon (juice)
– In a bowl, add in chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, asafoetida, ginger garlic inexperienced chilli crush, lemon juice, salt and blend it nicely.
– Rub within the marination correctly on the fish masking the entire fish.
– In a bowl combine semolina, gram flour and salt collectively and blend it nicely.
– In a pan warmth some oil.
– Dab the fish within the above combine and place it within the pan.
– Fry the fish on a reasonable flame.
